How we approach email

Email infrastructure is a privilege, not a right. Sending mail on behalf of others — even mail recipients have asked for — comes with serious responsibility, both to recipients (who deserve only the mail they signed up for) and to mailbox providers (who depend on senders behaving well to keep email working).

Yellaro takes this seriously. We have:

• Double opt-in confirmation as a non-negotiable default for all new subscribers.
• One-click unsubscribe on every email we send, honored immediately.
• Automatic suppression of bounces and complaints, applied across all customers.
• Active monitoring of bounce rates, complaint rates, and engagement signals.
• A clear Acceptable Use Policy that we enforce — see our AUP for the full picture.
• Per-customer sending isolation so one bad actor cannot affect everyone else.

How we charge

Predictable pricing based on your list size, starting at €12/month. No surprise overages — if you hit your email cap, sending pauses until the next billing cycle. Annual billing gets 2 months free. See our pricing page for the full breakdown.
