Terms of Service
Last updated: May 30, 2026
These terms are written in plain language. We’ve tried to avoid legalese while still covering what’s needed. If you have questions, email us at hello@yellaro.com.
Introduction
Yellaro is operated by an individual based in Belgium. These terms cover your use of yellaro.com and the Yellaro service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
- Yellaro is a managed email-list and newsletter sending platform.
- We provide hosted infrastructure; customers manage their own lists, content, and recipients.
- We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
- One person or business per account. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
- You must provide accurate billing information.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter contracts.
Acceptable use
- You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
- You are responsible for the content you send and the lists you maintain.
- You confirm that all your subscribers have opted in to receive emails from you.
Billing and payments
- Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the billing cycle you choose.
- Prices are listed in EUR. VAT may apply depending on your location and tax status; the amount due will be shown at checkout.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time on monthly plans, but you keep access until your paid period ends. For annual plans, refunds may be issued at our discretion if you cancel within the first 14 days of a new annual commitment.
- You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
Data and content
- You retain all rights to your subscriber lists and email content.
- We process your data only to provide the service.
- See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how.
Service availability
- We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third parties such as DNS providers or payment processors.
Termination
- You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violations, non-payment, or other material breaches.
- On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless we’re legally required to keep it longer.
Liability
- The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
- Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
- We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
- We may update these terms with reasonable notice — typically 30 days for material changes.
- Continued use after changes means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are resolved in Belgian courts, except where EU consumer protection law gives consumers in other member states the right to bring action in their own country.
