Common questions

Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, no credit card, full access to your own Listmonk instance and sending infrastructure. We’ll email you a few days before it ends.
What happens after the trial?
Pick a plan to keep sending. If you don’t, your account pauses and your data is preserved for 30 days so you can come back without losing anything.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically. You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing.
What happens if I hit my email cap?
Sending pauses for the rest of the month. We email you when you reach 80% so you can either wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade to a larger plan. No surprise overages, ever.
What if I’m above 25,000 subscribers?
Email us at hello@yellaro.com and we’ll quote you a plan that fits your list size.
What makes Yellaro different?
EU-first hosting, predictable pricing that doesn’t balloon as your list grows, and a focused tool for newsletter publishers — no automation builders, no behavioural triggers, no upsells. You write your email and send it.

How Yellaro compares

If you’re looking at Yellaro, you’re probably comparing it to one of the big names. Here’s how we’re different.

vs Mailchimp

Mailchimp is built for marketers — automation builders, behavioural triggers, AI campaign generators, e-commerce integrations. Yellaro is built for newsletter senders. If you just want to write an email and send it to your list, the extra features get in the way. Pricing also scales differently: Mailchimp charges by contacts and emails sent, with overage fees. Yellaro is a flat monthly fee with sending pauses, not overage charges.

vs ConvertKit (now Kit)

ConvertKit (Kit) leans toward creators with funnels, landing pages, paid subscriptions, and tip jars. If that fits how you work, it’s a good tool. Yellaro stays narrower: send newsletters from your own domain, in the EU, without the broader creator-platform layer.

vs Substack

Substack hosts your newsletter on their platform — your subscribers belong to Substack, your URL lives on Substack, and they take a percentage of paid subscription revenue. Yellaro hosts your list privately. Your subscribers, your domain, your data, flat monthly cost.
